4. Operational Ethics & Prohibitions

To protect the privacy rights of all parties, the Company strictly adheres to the following operational prohibitions:

  • No hacking of WhatsApp, SMS, or social media accounts.
  • No illegal wiretapping or audio interception in private residences.
  • No use of spyware or malicious software on any device.
  • No mobile location tracking without specific legal authorization.

5. Data Retention & Destruction

Information is not held indefinitely. Once a case is officially closed and the report delivered, we adhere to a strict data-wipe schedule:

  • Raw Evidence: Securely destroyed 15 days after final report acceptance.
  • Final Reports: Archived in encrypted form for 365 days for legal reference, then purged.
  • Client Contracts: Retained for 5 years as per MCA and tax compliance requirements.
